On November 30, 2021, Good Shepherd Radio, Inc., licensee of radio broadcast stations WAUZ-FM (Greensburg, Indiana), WKJD-FM (Columbus, Indiana), WYGS-FM (Hope, Indiana), WKRY-FM (Versailles, Indiana), WHMO-FM (Madison, Indiana), W248AF (Batesville, Indiana, W266CH (Seymour, Indiana) and W233AO (Salem, Indiana) filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) for a transfer of control of these broadcast stations from the old Board of Directors to the new Board of Directors.
